Dr. Eric Gladney
Assistant Dean and MBA Director
NCAT Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics
Dr. Gladney has served as the Director of Business Development within General Dynamics Advanced Technology Systems, Greensboro, NC. He also served in Senior Management within the areas of manufacturing, systems engineering, program management, strategic third party alliances, and partnerships, as well as marketing, strategy and corporate research & development with Xerox Corporation.
Dr. Gladney reports to the Dean of the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics. Gladney is responsible for providing strategic direction for the MBA program in alignment with the College’s mission and values. He plays a critical role in every student’s experience and supports the program commitment to provide a student-centered and business-mentored MBA program. Gladney leads dialogue and integration between the faculty and students of the MBA program and the business community within the Triad Region and beyond. Dr. Gladney facilitates activities and programs within the MBA program that will enhance its growth and sustainability.
Dr. Gladney holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, an MBA from the University of Rochester, a Masters degree from Duke University and an earned Doctorate from United Theological Seminary.
